1. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle acts as the seller of record for all transactions and handles billing, invoicing, and refunds.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and Paddle's standard refund policies.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During this period, you have full access to all features without providing payment information. No refund is necessary as no payment is collected during the trial.

4. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. After the 30-day period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months after the guarantee period.

Eligible Plans

  • Basic — $30/month or $300/year (up to 5 clients)
  • Pro — $60/month or $600/year (up to 10 clients)
  • Business — $120/month or $1200/year (up to 20 clients)

5. Paddle's Refund Rights

As the merchant of record, Paddle reserves the right to issue refunds in accordance with their policies, including:

  • Refunds requested within 14 days of purchase or subscription renewal
  • Transactions made in error or suspected fraud
  • Situations required by applicable law or payment provider rules

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@onlinefitness.app
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Mention "money-back guarantee" in your message
  4. Include any relevant transaction details

We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and credited to your original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Previous refunds already granted on your account

8. Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Billing page
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

9. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our support team. We will review your case and do our best to find a fair solution.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
