Do my clients pay anything?
No. Your clients use the app free — on iPhone, Android, or the web.
What counts toward the 3-client limit?
Clients you have opened access for, while that access is live. Funnel applications, invitations, the 14-day trial, archived clients and expired access don't count. Bringing people in is never limited.
How do I upgrade?
From your coach cabinet: Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Payment is processed securely by creem, and Pro activates right after checkout.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for — no further charges after that.
What happens to my clients if I cancel?
Nothing breaks. Your clients keep training, chatting, and seeing their progress. You just can't open access for more clients than the free plan allows until you resubscribe.
Is video storage really free?
Yes. Upload your whole exercise library — we don't meter it and we don't bill it. Your library is the heart of your coaching, and charging you by the hour for it would only make you film less.
I coach 40 clients — what's the catch?
No catch. Pro is one flat $49/month whether you coach 4 clients or 40. Per-client pricing punishes growth; a flat price doesn't.
